If you are going to build in North Codorus Township there are several forms you will need to use to apply for the necessary permits. For non-residential detached accessory buildings that are less than [1,000] sq ft, you will need a Zoning Permit, for all other projects larger or residential in nature, you will need to file plans that comply with the International Residential Code of 2006 along with the Zoning Permit and a Construction Permit.

The addition of the Code was presented to Pennsylvania in August of 2004 as the “Uniform Construction Code” [UCC], all residential structures, additions and accessory buildings over [1,000] sq ft must in compliance. In the following links you will find:
